FitMe builds a workout and nutrition plan around your goal, your equipment and the days you can actually train — then tracks every set so you can see it working.
No card required. Works in your browser, installs like an app.
Most fitness apps give you a plan and leave you to it. FitMe stays with you through the session, tracks what you lifted, and tells you when a muscle is ready again.
Answer a few questions and get a plan matched to your goal, experience, available equipment and training days. Full body, upper/lower or push-pull-legs — chosen for your frequency, not a template.
A full-screen player with a running timer, reps and weight logged set by set, and a rest timer that starts on its own when you tick a set off.
Front and back body maps show what you trained recently and what is fresh, so you stop guessing whether legs can take another session.
Every completed session on a month view, with scheduled days marked ahead and missed ones flagged. Streaks and weekly volume at a glance.
Set a start time for each training day and FitMe reminds you 30 minutes before — by email, WhatsApp or push — naming the session that is due.
Browse certified trainers, book a session at a time that suits you, and message them directly. They can see your plan and your progress before you meet.
Look up any exercise and get setup, numbered steps, form cues, common mistakes and breathing — with a movement demonstration. Add it straight to your plan.
Calorie and macro targets calculated from your body and goal, with a week of meals matched to your diet preference and allergies. Edit any meal, or write your own.
Reorder days, swap exercises, change rep schemes, or start from a blank plan and build it yourself. Every version is saved, so nothing is ever lost.
Sign up with your email and verify it with a one-time code. Takes under a minute.
Age, height, weight, goal, experience, equipment and diet preference. This is what shapes everything that follows.
Choose the days you train and when you start. Your plan is split across them and reminders are set automatically.
Open the session player, log your sets, and watch the calendar and recovery map fill in as you go.
FitMe runs in your browser and installs to your home screen on both iPhone and Android. No app store, no download, and it keeps working when the signal drops.
Open FitMeYes. Workout plans, the session player, the training calendar, reminders, trainer booking and in-app chat are all free, with no card required. Premium is a separate paid tier that is not open yet — we will announce it when it is.
No. Tell FitMe what you have — nothing at all, a pair of dumbbells and bands, or a full gym — and your plan is built from exercises you can actually do.
It is. Choose Beginner and you get lighter set and rep schemes, and every exercise has a guide showing the setup, the steps, the cues that matter and the mistakes to avoid. If you want a person to check your form, you can book a trainer.
Browse trainers, see their speciality and rate, and request a time. The trainer accepts or suggests another slot, and you can message them in the app beforehand. They can see your plan and recent sessions, so no time is wasted catching up.
Completely. Reorder training days, add or remove exercises, change the rep scheme, or start from a blank plan and build your own. The same goes for meals. Every save keeps the previous version, so you can always go back.
